Jim Pangallo | Owner/Installation

When I started with Jerry Vennefron in 1982, we worked every Saturday and Sunday if needed to keep up. His dedication showed me that to own your own business, you do whatever it takes to make the customer happy. It's the only road to success."

Jim grew up in Newport and began working with Vennefron Signs in 1982. He is the current head JV basketball coach for Newport Central Catholic, where he graduated high school. A basketball enthusiast, Jim loves pick-up basketball games and watching his sons play ball.

Michelle Siemer | Owner/Design

I am a third generation co-owner of Vennefron signs and have been with the company for 28 years.

In 1988 I was hired to do the clean up work beneath my father and brother-in-law, but quickly was given a larger role of hand painting logos on vehicles, which was the way all lettering was done before the vinyl graphic industry took over several years later.

The best thing about working here is that on a daily basis I get a full dosage of two of my favorite things - artistic creativity and family.

GRANT PANGALLO | Installation/Design

"Growing up I was amazed by the work my father and grandfather did at Vennefron Signs. Their dedication and work ethic has been something I always admired. As a fourth generation Vennefron I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to be a part of the family business.”

Son to Jim and Jan Pangallo, I was raised around the family sign shop since I can remember. My interest in the business started young and continued to grow through the years. I attended the University of Kentucky and graduated with an Art Studio degree, in the fall of 2014.
